Our IT outsourcing services include:
Facilities Management Services: We provide floor space within the Data Centre or in a Datec office environment to set up client equipment, enabling BCP operations for clients. We also provide connectivity to Datec infrastructure for VPN and/or Internet access, as well as hardware and software services, including office environment facilities.
Computer System Hosting: We provide server and telecommunications hardware for hosting either online or standalone services and hosting of application services.
Complete outsourcing Solutions: This includes installation, support and maintenance of client hardware, software and networking services as well as customer support & Call Centre functions.
Network Monitoring and Management: We monitor customer networks through use of third party and/or other customised tools e.g. Nagios, Solarwinds, CiscoWorks etc. We also offer anti-virus and information risk management service.
Remote Infrastructure Management: Wherever you are in PNG, Datec’s ITO team can support you through innovative and customized support solutions.
Disaster Recovery Services: Backup machines are replicated periodically and we offer a recovery service site for either partial or full-blown DR.
Off-Site Storage: Datec provides customer information security i.e. storage of backup tapes and documentation and spare ICT equipment storage.
Consultancy Services: We also offer provision of resources - either permanent or temporary for ICT consultancy services, project management and service delivery/administration. |
