Datec has implemented a Total Quality Management System built around its focus on Customer Service, its people, standardised high quality work practices and a system for continuous quality improvement.
In 1998 Datec was formally recognized as a quality organization with the ISO 9002 certification – a feat no other IT company has achieved in PNG. In 2017, Datec achieved a further milestone in its Quality journey being the first company in PNG to make a successful transition to the ISO 9001:2015 certification after a comprehensive quality audit conducted by DNV-GL a quality certification and accreditation body.
As an ISO 9001:2015 Certified Company, Datec systematically monitors its quality through customer feedback, individual self-assessment, regular management reviews, and an annual quality assessment. We constantly hone our processes, maintaining our commitment to the ongoing improvement of Datec’s operations and services.
